Auto Reset Thermal Switch ST07 Working Principle
The core part of the thermal overload protector switch ST07 is a copper-nickel alloy bimetal disc. When the circuit works normally, the contact is in a closed state. When the rated operating temperature is reached, the bimetal disc is deformed by heat and snap rapidly, cut off the circuit. After that, the device begins to cool down. When it reaches the defined reset temperature, the bimetal disc and the spring disc snaps back into its start position, the contacts will close again, and the device starts working again.
Why ST07 Series Thermal Protectors
Each thermal overload protector switch ST07 rating has a bimetal disc designed and manufactured for the specific temperature rating. Each device is calibrated and checked for opening temperature. The core part of the bimetallic sheet is selected from the internationally renowned company EMS. The two-sheet molding is produced by ourselves, which is beneficial to quality control and full temperature inspection. The precise, consistent, and reliable performance is obtained by emphasizing quality.
